To download the App search ‘WOLIM App’ on Google Play store. Install the app labelled WOLIM App.

Sign up can be done immediately after installation. On opening the app you will be taken to the the sign up page. Click on the sign up option at the bottom of the screen. Fill in your identification and branch details, enter your valid Email Address and click Request OneTime Password (OTP). Check your email for the OTP copy and paste it into the OTP section then click sign up.
Yes the app can be used without signing up, you can click the Not Now tab on the My Account page
Click on report and follow the instructions provided. The support team will receive your query and resolve it.
On the landing page of the app, click the Sermons tab, search for the sermon you need to buy, click on the sermon to extend it and click the download icon(the cloud with the downward arrow), this will take you to the lifetime bookshop. Add the sermon to you cart. Go to your cart (top right corner of the web page) check out and complete the transaction.
The livestream is available when the church is broadcasting. When there are no broadcasts then the livestream will be off-air. There are showreel items that can be accessed when the livestream is off-air.
